It affects not just the patient, but the whole periphery of those around them. This was brought to a whole new level in the case of Kira and Jackie Hodgson. At the end of 2019, Kira Hodgson was diagnosed with breast cancer. Just a few months later, her mother, Jackie, was too diagnosed with breast cancer.
